蔣萬勝,男,1983年10月出生,湖南湘陰人,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。
2007年本科畢業于西南林學院野生動物與自然保護區管理專業,2012年獲中國科學院昆明動物研究所動物學博士學位,2012-2019年在中國科學院昆明動物研究所從事科研工作,2017-2018年赴美國奧本大學公派訪問學習,2019年10月77779193永利博士人才引進。
主要從事水生動物分子生态學及種質資源保護與利用相關研究,内容涉及野外生态調查與環境影響評價、分類進化與生物多樣性保護、分子生态及水産基因組開發利用等多個方面。到目前為止,主持科研及橫向項目10餘項,包括國家基金面上項目、地區項目等,并先後獲得中國科學院青年創新促進會會員、湖南省芙蓉學者獎勵計劃——青年學者、湖湘青年英才等人才項目支持。目前已發表論文30餘篇,第一或通訊作者論文20篇(含SCI 17篇),參編專著3部,獲國家農業農村部認定水産新品種1個(排名第四)。
目前主要從事武陵山區水生動物分子生态及種質資源保護與利用研究,以大鲵、魚類等類群為研究對象,圍繞野外調查及多樣性保護——進化與生态适應的分子機制——種質資源的挖掘與利用這一主線開展有創新性的科學研究。
