個人簡介：

蔣萬勝，男，博士，副教授，碩士生導師。2007年本科畢業于西南林學院野生動物與自然保護區管理專業，2012年獲中國科學院昆明動物研究所動物學博士學位，2012-2019年在中國科學院昆明動物研究所從事科研工作，2017-2018年赴美國奧本大學公派訪問學習，2019年10月77779193永利博士人才引進。

到目前為止，主持科研及橫向項目10餘項，包括國家基金面上項目、地區項目等，并先後獲得中國科學院青年創新促進會、湖南省芙蓉學者獎勵計劃——青年學者、湖湘青年英才等人才項目支持。已發表論文46篇，其中第一或通訊作者論文27篇（含SCI論文21篇），參編專著3部（含英文專著1部），獲國家農業農村部認證水産新品種1個（排名第4）。其中，關注人類活動所引起的持續幹旱對中國洞穴魚類的影響發表在國際頂尖期刊Science上；對中國大鲵物種保護和研究工作經曆被國際權威雜志Nature報道。

目前主要從事武陵山區水生動物分子生态及種質資源保護與利用研究，以魚類、大鲵等類群為研究對象，圍繞野外生态調查及多樣性研究——進化與生态适應的分子機制——種質資源保護與可持續利用這一主線開展有創新性的科學研究。歡迎對水生動物研究感興趣的同學加入，在宏觀與微觀的視角下，共同探索生命演化的奧秘！
